- Managing caseload and keeping clients updated about future steps;
- Maintaining clients informed about the status of their case;
- Drafting support letters and other documents;
- Preparing court filings;
- Gathering evidence in support of immigration processes;
- Conducting legal research and country conditions research;
- Maintaining case files and data entry in case management software, monitoring deadlines and expiration dates;
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of High School degree (Undergraduate degree preferred).
- Advanced fluency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish languages;
- Excellent written skills;
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately;
- Ability to adapt to a high-volume workload with fast-changing deadlines and priorities;
- Willingness to address difficult situations and communicate impacts effectively;
- Openness to learning additional skills as required;
- Strong record of cultural competence and cross-cultural communication skills;
- Prior experience with legal/case management software is a plus;
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Answering the phone and text messages;
- Scheduling consultations, after a quick assessment of the case;
- Sorting daily mail;
- Filing documents and notices;
- Contacting clients about updates in their case status;
- Greeting clients and accepting payment for consultations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of High School degree (Undergraduate degree preferred).
- Advanced fluency in English and Portuguese, medium fluency in Spanish;
- Excellent written skills;
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Openness to learning additional skills as required;
- Strong record of cultural competence and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must live within commuting distance from the office.
