Carolina Mattos has over 11 years of experience working with tourists and immigrants, including seven years as a translator and proofreader specializing in technical and legal translations. She has successfully managed complex projects involving legal, academic, and personal documentation and has developed specialized expertise in preparing materials for immigration processes, such as technical letters, contracts, and business plans.

Adding to her work as a translator, in 2025, Carolina earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and Interpretation from Universidade Nove de Julho. That same year, she transitioned from translation to international law and joined Massa Viana Law as a paralegal on Attorney Amandha Lima Pacheco’s team, focusing primarily on family-based immigration and naturalization cases. Carolina is fluent in both English and Portuguese.

Carolina believes that technical expertise alone is not enough to support clients through the immigration process. She approaches her work with empathy, always striving to be of service to each client with the care and attention they deserve.

Outside of work, Carolina enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, and nurtures a passion for reading and writing.
