Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Erika Garzon graduated from high school in her hometown in 2012. At 17, she moved to England to study English—a journey that quickly turned into a decade-long adventure. While building a new life in the UK, she welcomed her daughter and began her professional career in customer service. Erika completed several professional qualifications, including Advanced Level 2 Maths and English in London in 2017 and a Front Office Supervisor Apprenticeship in July 2020. She later earned her CILEx Legal Secretary certification in London in 2021, laying the foundation for her passion for law and helping others.

Erika steadily advanced in her career, rising to the position of Customer Service Manager. A new chapter began in 2020 when she met the love of her life. In 2022, she relocated to Massachusetts, and by 2025, she had secured her dream role at Massaviana Law. There, she continues to grow professionally, learning Portuguese and expanding her knowledge of American immigration law. Erika finds deep fulfillment in assisting people from all walks of life and strives to make a positive impact—one person at a time.

Outside of work, Erika is an avid traveler with the goal of exploring most of Europe by the age of 40. She cherishes time with her children and enjoys peaceful walks with her two beloved dogs, Bear and Max. Her dream is to become fluent in Portuguese and continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
