Ketlyn joins Massa Viana Law with a wealth of expertise cultivated over 14 years of dedicated service in legal and administrative roles, from work as a receptionist through management, in Criminal Defense, Immigration and Personal Injury matters, showcasing her exceptional skills and commitment to the legal field.

Originally from Parana, Brazil, Ketlyn moved to Framingham at the age of 11. She attended Keefe Technical High School, where she graduated with honors in 2004. After completing her studies, Ketlyn became a licensed Nursing Assistant and Emergency Medical Technician. Her brief tenure in the medical field was marked by her passion for helping others, until an injury prompted her to redirect her career. 

Joining Massa Viana in 2020, Ket originally worked in our in-country Green Card applications and Consular Processing cases, and assisted with the firms’ criminal defense docket. Her role later expanded to include administrative responsibilities, and she assumed the position of Office Manager and H.R., and now as the Business Manager.

Ket is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She prides herself on making sure our clients understand every step in their case and stay updated with what is needed to quickly move their cases through the governmental maze, be it in immigration or state courts. Similarly, she draws on that passion for getting people ahead when supporting our staff at Massa Viana.

Ketlyn’s blend of experience, empathy, and linguistic versatility enriches the Massa Viana Law team and her choices, both personal and professional, reflect her unwavering commitment to excellence and support for those she serves.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ket enjoys indulging in personal passions. Cooking, gardening with her mother, and crafting with her nephews, niece, and godchildren fill her private time. Most importantly, she treasures quality moments spent with family, friends, and the animals on her family’s farm in Western Massachusetts.
