Born and raised in Porto Alegre, Brazil, Nathalia has always been driven by a desire to speak on behalf of those whose voices are often silenced. At Massa Viana Law, she is proud to contribute to a team that stands for justice, compassion, and lasting change. After nearly four years working in the field of information technology, Nathalia is fulfilling her lifelong dream of making a meaningful difference in people’s lives through work grounded in social justice.
Nathalia has had a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations since 2020. During graduation, her professional path reflected her commitment to advocacy for marginalized populations. She completed an internship with the Jesuit Services for Migrants and Refugees in Brazil, where she supported LGBTQ+ Venezuelan refugees navigating displacement and resettlement. She also interned with the Office of Human Rights of her home state, deepening her engagement to promote equality.
Nathalia speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently, and is currently working on learning French. Her multilingual background strengthens her ability to connect with clients and understand the diverse experiences of immigrant communities.
Outside the office, Nathalia finds joy in trying new cuisines, attending concerts of her favorite artists, spending quality time with her girlfriend, family and friends, going on walks with her dog, Kyoto, and traveling the world.
