Nicoly was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and currently lives in Corumbá, Mato Grosso do Sul. Her path in communication started at age 15 in a technical advertising school, and she later graduated in Product Design from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). 

She has worked in different fields, from schools to a battery factory. When she joined Massa Viana Law, she saw how marketing can truly impact people’s lives, which made her even more passionate about the area. She is a self-taught English speaker and is now practicing Spanish with her neighbors on the border.

Nicoly has always been curious about the world around her and believes there is something new to learn every day. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending time in nature with her husband and their dog, Alfredo.
