Victor was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro state, Brazil. He earned a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Universidade Federal Fluminense in 2021, and he has worked in industries as diverse as oil and gas, online and television advertising and education.

As someone surrounded in his personal life by migrants who have left their home countries in search of better living conditions, he is happy to be a part of this defining chapter in the lives of others and dreams of someday becoming a migrant himself.

During his personal time, Victor likes to watch movies and tv shows, listen to music and podcasts and play video games. He also has a history of studying languages and is currently working on improving his Spanish and starting to learn French. His biggest passions are his cat and traveling, having been to multiple countries, and his next goal is to visit Boston.
