Adrielle Cooper

Paralegal (Removal Defense)

Adrielle was born and raised in Minas Gerais, Brazil. She obtained her degree from the Law School of Ipatinga in 2014. Following her graduation, Adrielle focused on passing the Brazilian Bar exam and then took a well-deserved vacation.

In 2015, Adrielle visited the United States for the first time and fell in love with American culture and people’s open-mindedness. This experience led her to make the decision to relocate to the U.S. Her own journey as an immigrant gave her a deep understanding of the importance of immigrant awareness, particularly among Latino immigrants, about the immigration system and their often-unrecognized rights.

Prior to joining the team, Adrielle understood and valued the significance of integrity and trust in a professional setting. She found these values at Massa Viana, recognizing the dedication of the attorneys and staff at the firm, who are committed to assisting those in need.

Within the firm, Adrielle serves as a paralegal on the Removal Team, collaborating with Attorney Amanda LaRocca. Together, they guide clients through various processes, including Asylum, 42B, and MTR cases. She also served within the USCIS team prior to that, under the direct supervision of attorney Amandha Lima-Pacheco.

Fluent in both English and Portuguese, Adrielle is currently mastering Spanish to better connect with individual clients and comprehend their unique narratives and requirements.

During her personal time, Adrielle enjoys traveling with her wife, spending quality moments with her energetic Blue Heeler mix puppy, and relishing outdoor activities like hiking and camping.
