Cecilia Viana
Paralegal (Naturalization and Consular Processing)

Cecilia was born and raised in Massachusetts by two immigrant parents. Her upbringing was greatly shaped by her experiences as a first-generation American. Her second-hand experiences with immigration law through her parents’ immigration journeys inspired her love of social justice and equal rights.

Since 2018, Cecilia has worked at Massa Viana Law during her school breaks. She currently works as a paralegal and helps prepare Naturalization, Consular Processing, and Adjustment of Status. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is proficient in Portuguese.

She currently attends New York University at the College of Arts and Sciences where she majors in English Literature and Creative Writing and minors in Spanish. After graduating, she hopes to be a high school English teacher. In her personal time, Cecilia enjoys reading a good book or writing. She loves nothing more than spending time with her family and friends.
