Silvye Rodrigues Maurer is a licensed Brazilian attorney experienced in civil matters with admission pending to the New York bar. She holds an LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from Fordham University School of Law.
Silvye joined Massa Viana Law as a paralegal where she is responsible for the preparation of USCIS petitions, such as naturalizations, fiancée visas, adjustment of status, and consular processing applications, among other matters. Silvye has a strong community commitment and enjoys helping others.
Prior to joining Massa Viana Law, Silvye worked at the Consulate of Brazil in Boston, specializing in science, technology and trade matters, working with local and international policy, trade and entrepreneurial ecosystem strategy and analysis. She also worked at other law firms in the U.S. as a legal intern.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog. Silvye likes hiking adventures and is an avid player of strategy boardgames.
